Although the 30th anniversary Pokémon Presents presentation will be held in less than 24 hours, it is now February 27 in Japan and a short video commemorating the series’ anniversary has been released. New merchandise which was previewed to the press yesterday has also been officially revealed.
Pokémon Red & Green Pikachu goods
A Pikachu plushie and plush keychain will be released in Japanese Pokémon Centers on February 28 and are based on Pikachu’s appearance in the original Pokémon Red and Pokémon Green games.
30th anniversary Pikachu
A special 30th anniversary Pikachu plush and keychain will be released in Japan on March 14 at the Pokémon Center.
The plushie was also showcased at the recent European International Championships and should be coming to the online Pokémon Center websites as well.
Pokémon Timeless Adventure merchandise
A Pokémon Timeless Adventure line of goods will be releasing at the Japanese Pokémon Center on March 14 and features Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle. Line-up includes a custom Moleskine notebook, acrylic art block, stationery and a keychain!
