The sleep app game Pokémon Sleep is gearing up to celebrate Valentine’s Day and also welcome two new Pokémon to the game: Alola’s Cutiefly and Ribombee!
Valentine’s Day 2026 event details

From Monday, February 9, at 4:00 a.m. until Monday, February 16, at 3:59 a.m., the Valentine’s Day event will be taking place in Pokémon Sleep. It will be taking place in all areas and the following bonuses will be active according to the official post:
- Dishes will be set to “Desserts/Drinks.”
- A few Pokémon of different sleep types will appear during sleep research regardless of your sleep type for that day.
- Certain Pokémon will be more likely to appear during sleep research.
- You may meet certain Shiny Pokémon!
- Final Strength gains from dishes will be multiplied by 1.5 (or 3 for Extra Tasty dishes or 4.5 for Extra Tasty dishes on Sunday only).
- Number of ingredients gathered by main skills will be multiplied by 1.25.
In addition, a new, unnamed Dessert/Drink recipe will be added and requires Pure Oil, Soothing Cacao, Greengrass Corn, and Honey.

Cutiefly and Ribombee debut

Cutiefly and Ribombee will be able to be found in Sleep on Greengrass Isle, Cyan Beach, Lapis Lakeside, Amber Canyon, and Greengrass Isle (Expert) when players have the Snoozing Sleep Type. They’ll both be classified as Fairy Type Pokémon in the game.
