A new trailer has been released for the Pokémon anime, which is starting a brand new story next month in Japan. We get to hear Liko and Roy’s Japanese voices and see small clips of the upcoming show.

We also get a small peek at the protagonists’ motivations. Liko, who has a mysterious pendant, seems to be looking for something, while Roy, who posses a special Poké Ball, wants to challenge Legendary Pokémon.
Another interesting revelation is that Captain Pikachu will be voiced by the same voice actor as Ash’s Pikachu.
A new poster for the series has also been released for the new series.
