Pokémon TCG Live, the successor to Pokémon TCG Online, can now be downloaded by fans in most countries around the world. Service is estimated to be available from 4PM PST after maintenance is complete.
If you had already been amassing a collection in Online, the game supports a one-way import to Live. Because the new game is replacing its predecessor, Online will be taken off app stores and sunsetted. You can read more about that process here which includes information about what will happen to things like unopened packs and deck lists.
