Toy company Jazwares already makes Pokémon toys, and now they’re expanding their merchandise offerings by bringing Pokémon characters to their very popular line of plushies, Squishmallows! The collaboration was teased earlier today ahead of San Diego Comic-Con and we already have some pictures of what the new line looks like!
Latest Update: Pokémon Squishmallows will be expanding to include Snorlax and Togepi, as announced on February 20, 2023.

While a Pikachu silhouette was teased, luckily there’s more than just the iconic Electric-type. As you can see above, Gengar is also getting a Squishmallow!
Unconfirmed intel: While not pictured and not confirmed, retailer Target has leaked the existence of two more plush Pokémon pals, Togepi and Snorlax! Preliminary information suggests that Pikachu, Gengar, Togepi and Snorlax will all be available as 14″ plushies, but Togepi and Snorlax will also be getting bigger 20″ versions as well! Again, we caution you to wait until there’s any confirmation before getting your hopes up.
Update: Snorlax and Togepi Squishmallows were officially confirmed via an official Instagram post! No release date was given.
Where to buy Pokémon Squishmallows
The Pikachu and Gengar Squishmallows will first be sold through PokemonCenter.com (US/CA/UK), and they went live in November 2022.
Pikachu and Gengar Squishmallows can now be ordered through retailers such as GameStop and Target, thought they remain hard to find.
