Original Stitch is best known for their premium Pokémon shirt lines, which feature robust customization options with over 251 unique fabrics. Due to the ongoing global pandemic, they have now also expanded into face masks using the same cloth designs, but currently only those of the first 151 Pokémon.

A fashionable way to cover your face
Excuse the MySpace angles, but above is me sporting a Ditto-fabric mask with white mesh. Fans can actually choose what mesh color they’d like from a selection of four colors: white, blue, pink and black. It adds a great layer of customization to make sure the design you choose is complimented by the mesh.
Something a lot of fans will notice on their website that it lists the masks as “a fashion item and is not intended to prevent infectious diseases.” Unfortunately, unless you’re wearing a medical-grade, you’re not going to get serious protection. If wearing in public, I would probably use as a cover for a disposable face mask or put in folded tissue paper like I normally do in my regular cloth masks.
The price can also be a sticking point for fans, with each mask being $18 before tax and an additional $15 for shipping, unless you’re buying 5 masks or bundled with other merchandise. They may ultimately be best as an add-on purchase, but their reusable nature makes them somewhat of an investment.
I think my two suggestions for their range of masks would ultimately be to add a wire along the top so that it can be pinched to fit more snugly around the nose and perhaps the addition of a pocket to add an additional filtering layer (tissue or otherwise).
