Game Informer reveals new info about Pokémon Sword and Shield

Gaming magazine Game Informer is doing a cover story about the upcoming Nintendo Switch titles Pokémon Sword & Shield, and will be releasing exclusive information to celebrate. You can check all their reveals on their website, but we’ll also be tracking it in this post.

So far they’ve revealed:

• The difficulty and inspiration behind Max Raid Battles
• Autosave details
• The future of the Pokémon not in Sword & Shield
• There will be no HMs in the game
• Details about Exp Share
• Using your favorite Pokémon may have gotten easier…
• According to Game Informer, there are 18 different gyms in Galar! They are split into Major and Minor League-esque categories!
