Year of Legendary Pokémon

  • We now have specific dates and locations for next month’s Year of Legendary Pokémon distribution, Shiny Zygarde! Although it comes with Aura Break, you can gain the Power Construct ability by combining it with other Zygarde Cells – just don’t disassemble the Shiny Zygarde! Check out where and when you can get your hands on it:
    • United States – Gamestop from June 1st to June 24th
    • Canada – EB Games from June 1st to June 24th
    • Europe and Australia – Nintendo Network from June 1st to June 22nd

Pokkén Tournament DX

  • From June 1st through the 3rd, players can participate in the True Sheer Cold Group Match! Participation will reward you with a special reward title inspired by Suicune, gaining more the higher you place

Pokémon GO

  • The latest update for the popular mobile game has begun to roll out across all Android and iOS devices! This update fixes various bugs and gives players the ability to use items (such as Potions, Revives, and Rare Candies) directly from a Pokémon’s main screen
  • Niantic has announced that new Field Research tasks will be available on June 1st! These will have a focus on Water and Ice-type Pokémon and with it Articuno will replace Zapdos as the Research Breakthrough
  • The next Pokémon GO Community Day will take place on June 16th and feature Larvitar! Along with the 3x Capture Experience and 3 Hour Lure Modules, all Pupitar evolved to Tyranitar during the usual specific timeframes will learn a special move! The Community Day will run at the usual regional times:
    • Asia-Pacific region – 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM JST
    • Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India – 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM UTC
    • The Americas and Greenlan – 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM PDT

Pokémon Duel

  • You can participate in the Fire Gym Cup until May 28th! This Cup increases the movement of all Fire-type figures, as well as the White and Gold Attacks for Rock-types,  by 20. You can receive the special Heat Rotom figure through this special cup too!

Magikarp Jump

  • Version 1.3.5 of Magikarp Jump is now available for download! This patch removes the Friend Ranking system in the game

Pokémon Shuffle

  • The following stages are all available until May 29th as part of the 15th week of Pokémon Shuffle’s event cycle:
    • A Pokémon Safari featuring Numel, Camerupt, Hippopotas (Female), Hippowdon (Female), Pidove, Tranquill, Unfezant (Female), Jangmo-o, and Hakamo-o
    • The Ultra Challenge Stage against Celesteela
    • The Great Challenge Stages consist of Alolan Exeggutor, Bellossom, Cresselia, Comfey, and Kommo-o
    • This week’s Daily Pokémon stages are Girafarig, Shuckle, Kecleon, Relicanth, and Spiritomb
    • The One Chance Per Day stage features Cosmog
    • A Competitive Stafe against Mega Camerupt
