First Trailer for Pokémon the Movie 2018 Revealed
Year of Legendary Pokémon Event
- For those of you in Europe and Oceania, the second month of the Year of Legendary Pokémon has begun! From now through March 24th, 2018, players across the pond can get a Regigigas (Pokémon Sun and Ultra Sun) or Heatran (Pokémon Moon and Ultra Moon) via the Internet through Mystergy Gift. Like other Year of Legendary Pokémon events, the game which you download the event ‘mon to determines its level: Sun & Moon will have the Pokémon at Level 60, while it’ll be holding a Gold Bottle Cap and beLevel 100 in Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon
Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon
- Details for the the 2018 International Challenge March Battle Competition have been announced! This will be a Double Battle competition using standard VGC rules, with players being able to earn CP to go towards qualification for the World Championships. All participants will receive the 50 Battle Points, and all their Pokémon will be raised to Level 50 for the duration of the competition. Registration runs from March 15th 2018 to March 22nd 2018 while the actual battles will take place from March 23rd through March 25th
Pokkén Tournament DX
- From March 9th to March 12th you can participate in the Forest’s Flash Group Match! This cup is another Basic Battle competition on a Fixed Battle Arena. Participants will receive a special title based on Sceptile, gaining more titles the higher they place
Pokémon GO
- Following Pokémon GO’s Legendary Week (due to end tomorrow), depending on which of the three Hoenn mascot Legendary Pokémon are defeated the egg distributions from March 5th to March 16th will vary. If Rayquaza is the most defeated Legendary Raid Boss, then Psychic, Dragon and Flying-type Pokémon will hatch more from eggs. If Groudon and Kyogre are the most defeated more Water, Ground, Fire etc. types will hatch instead
- Bulbasaur will be the next Pokémon to be featured in the next Pokémon GO Community Day on March 25th! Although it’s event exclusive move has yet to be revealed, captures will give a bonus of 3x EXP during the usual three hour period
Pokémon Duel
- Requiring 247 MB, version 5.0.10 of the the mobile game is now available for download! This patch adds multiple new Plates and figures, and gives balance updates to some older figures:
- New UX Figures: Xurkitree, Celesteela & Mega Ampharos,
- New EX Figures: Ampharos & Eelektross
- New R Figures: Eelektrik
- New UC Figures: Tynamo, Flaaffy, & Luxio
- Cosmog – Changed Nebby’s Power ability to allow the moving of Pokémon from Ultra Space
- Luxray – Changed ability to Blue Spark, Removed Bite and added Fire Fang (70 power), removed Crunch and added Ice Fang (70 power), removed Roar and added Quick Attack (50 power), added Dodge, decreased the size of Miss
- Mareep – Increased Thunder Wave’s wheel size, decreased the wheel size of Miss
- Noivern -Increased damage of Boomburst from 100 to 110, Dragon Pulse now adds 50 damage against Dragon-type Pokémon, Hurricane now moves the battle opponent to the bench
- Vikavolt – Increased Zap Cannon’s damage from 100 to 120
Pokémon Shuffle
- A brand new Pokémon Safari is available until March 13th featuring Sandygast, Staryu, Gabite, Gible, Garchomp, Furfrou, Starmie, Phione, Phione (Winking), and Manaphy (Winking)
- The following stages are all available until March 6th as part of Pokémon Shuffle’s event cycle:
- The Ultra Challenge Nihilego Stage
- The Great Challenge Feraligatr, Lugia, Escavalier, Shiny Hawlucha, and Popplio Stages
- The One Chance Per Day stage featuring Female Frillish
- The Mega Garchomp Competitive Stage
