There have been numerous updates to the Pokémon Global Link, as well as some new downloads. I’ve broken them down by region/language:
General Updates:

- Pal Pad friends can now be added as Dream World friends again
- An extra 3 rows of berries can now be planted if you have enough DW points (maximum 8 rows now)
- Pokémon and items during your “strolls” have been increased in frequency
- Kami Trio, Kyurem, Meloetta, and Keldeo may be tucked in
- Porygon download ending TODAY for English games! Get it quick if you haven’t! Passwords: IGNPORYGON (NA) PORYEUROGAMERNET (EU/AU)

- Halloween 2012 C-Gear skin available, no password needed (ends Nov 27th)
