How do they look? Also, The Keldeo download from the movie has different moves than obviously reported. It’s level 15 and comes with the moves Aqua Jet, Leer, Double Kick, and BubbleBeam! It’s also holding a PP Max icon smile HQ Black 2/White 2 Boxart

I’d like to take a quick second to clarify that there is no “overdrive” mode. I’ve seen this phrase used on message boards and websites.  It’s never been in the Japanese information and the formes already have names, Black Kyurem and White Kyurem. The jazzed up formes featured above are when Kyurem is using its signature move, either Ice Burn (White Kyurem) or Freeze Shock (Black Kyurem) according to the official site.  That’s the end of today’s PSA icon smile HQ Black 2/White 2 Boxart

Thanks to Karubi (again!) we have new images which reveal some special events coming to Pokémon + Nobunaga. Here are some details:

  • Hideyoshi’s Reshiram - Event detailing Hideyoshi’s partner Reshiram.  Available from March 31st with no end date.
  • Okuni & Whirlipede (Episode) – Available to download from the 14th of April to the 11th of May
  • Croagunkappear in your game with the password “28セメフフロヒ”
  • Emolga appear in your game with the password “テヘビトカ1リミ”
UPD: I wanted to find a clearer picture in which I could actually read the names, but for now we’re going to have to trust what Serebii says.  This list is directly from him and may not be 100% accurate unless he’s hiding a higher resolution image.  So take it with a small grain of salt.

Japan Cup 2012 Spring Announced!

The latest Japanese gaming cup has been announced!  Those of you with the Japanese games can participate. Currently the registration period is set to open on the 25th of April and last through May 1st, while the battles will take place May 2nd through May 6th.

An image from Shounen Sunday, courtesy of Karubi, shows that the next issue will contain a “secret” that is for “Sunday readers only”. Whether this is really going to be earth shattering news about the game or not we have yet to know, but looking forward to any information we can get on the game. Of course… I’ll be picking it up Saturday between my morning and afternoon lessons (I teach English) so it isn’t long before I’ll have the game in my hands.

Pokemon.com has updated with a gentle reminder to register for the International Challenge.  That registration period starts Thursday, March 15th, at 23:59 p.m. UTC and ends on Monday, March 21st. Competition then begins the next day on March 22nd. Registration can be done through the Global Link website.
