This is easy. Malva, especially thanks to that fun turnaround twist in the XY&Z series. Siebold comes 2nd, with Wikstrom my least favorite.

In reply to Monkeyfuzz. Yeah, although Diggersby was useful competitively and Zygarde was a nice legendary, it pains me to see there were only 2 Ground. And also 2 Poison types were introduced, so it was equally as bad

In reply to Golden_Monferno. The issue was more if Blizzard will actually hit, it's definitely powerful enough, but it's accuracy is somewhat lacking.
