They need to get the guy that plays Sherlock in the Sherlock series, um Benedict Cumberbatch, to do the voice of Pikachu. 😀 THAT would make the show more believable as a “Sherlock type” or movie. LOL danny devito would NOT be a good voice choice, for this part. It wouldn’t feel right, especially NOT to me.

In reply to li/bra. Mud isn't even allowed to run in towns, this thing using som high horse power kick, has potential to have recoil. I also like to add I only said anything is possible! And logic has no place in little pocket monsters that come from a ball, same little monster that can produce more power than human made weapons. Throw logic back at me when pigs learn to hyper beam!

In reply to Pokemania88. Maybe they thought the main story-style stories were already covered by the anime and the anime movies? I'm guessing. Though a live-action movie would also probably attract the GO-ers to watch. So one based on the main stories is actually a pretty great idea.

I am so upset about it..

The first Pokemon live action movie is going to be based on a spin-off game that no one outside of Japan has even played…. Out of ALL the things they could’ve put together for Pokemon. An epic tale about a new trainer (a whole new story), or something along the lines of Pokemon origins…

I still can’t believe this. I mean, what do you think? I’m fearful that this breaks the franchise’s appeal in two…
