I would have loved to see a way to access the water routes early, say before getting to watson and allow us to head out into the water a lot quicker. Even if it&#039;s just a ferry ride, it allows a way to make the game not so landlocked for the first 3/4 of the game and the last 1/4 out at sea especially with diving. 


I&#039;m again routing for times to pop up and with seasons a thing now it&#039;ll be even cooler looking graphically in Hoenn.


I would love to see some more of the native islands around be habited and that you could visit a new neighboring island that would give access to even more training and other missions to do there! Having a &quot;elite 4&quot; for the contests ala the anime, there could be a resort island for the finale of it instead of the larger hall in Lilycove. 


I am dying for the white rock mission where we could possibly have a mini mission to do with it! Heck more mini-missions in general would add longevity to a game that is already fantastic to play through over and over! I can&#039;t wait to imagine the Fortree City where you get to be in the trees! Of course, adding depth and more to the cities would make them feel bigger then how they appeared in the originals.


My vote for the gyms is to have stronger and more variety of the newer pokemon, and for wallace and juan to be the duo champions of the region. I&#039;d love to see a new type for Sootopolis City especially if the two of them are champions rather than leaders. Having Steven as the leader would be a fun twist, but I&#039;d  prefer Steven to challenge you ala Red but found in a couple of rare places. I&#039;d replace his Claydol with Lucario or give him more steel types instead. 


I&#039;d give Wally a bigger role where you battle him more often. I love the idea of his character, plus Gardevoir was one of my favorite additions besides Swampert and co. I&#039;d have Brendan/May a much larger role and have them battle you more than Wally. That or have a bigger contest role like the manga has for them so Wally could compete with you on badges while the others are going through contests.


Bringing the Battle Frontier is a given, and hopefully the plot of Emerald would be used for both. that was the coolest seeing both hideouts, getting to find not just one, but all 3 legendary pokemon. I want to see a third rival come to shake up the Frontier with you, just to give the game more depth. 


Because of the way the plot was laid out there really wasn&#039;t a focus in a lot of the cities. I would give more missions to explore the bigger versions with more to find, and make the game more immersive in terms of route options and allowing you to access new parts of the game. Secret meadows, hidden underwater coves, frosty mountains, the desert castle, the underground desert, the depths of the caves, and possibly more out in the water secrets to find.


I love this generation and I felt these would make it the best game ever. &#060;3]]></description>
