Breloom is a great Pokemon because of it’s Poison heal ability which allows it to heal itself instead of taking damage from Poison so Poison Orb is a great item for it and when I use Breloom, I usually EV train it’s speed and attack and when it’s a Shroomish, I get it to learn Spore which has a 100% accuracy and effect of putting the opponent to sleep. The strategy is the move quicker than your opponent and put them to sleep and then attack them with a barrage of attacks which include Sky Uppercut, Seed Bomb and Stone Edge.

One gigantic problem is that a fast flying type like Talonflame for example, can quickly KO every one of those Pokemon except for Lucario but since it is Talonflame, it could probably single-handedly 1HKO every single one of those Pokemon.
