Gamefreak can give Futachimaru’s evo a Fighting-type, and they can have both Fighting-type starters what ever they want, Its their creations, so they can have both starters of the same secondary-type. Oh and its possible that the pure-Water type was a misinformation like Chatot.

You conveniently left out the part where they said that only the first two stages use shells like katanas, and the third is a sea lion after visiting an aquarium. Yeah, they’re confirmed, unless you thought it was obvious that the third would be a sea lion.

Technically, the final starter evolutions are not 100% confirmed yet, and Melkor was wrong before, and also in the interview, it also said that the their shells like katanas, and thats how they completed Mijumaru and it’s evolutions. And the interview does not prove their real, and just because Janoby, Chaobuu, and Futachimaru are real doesn’t mean the final evos are real as well.

A three stage fire/ghost and electric? NICE!!!
But there seriously isn’t enough Electric types in this game.
But it’s cool we have 2 pokemon with the same new type combo- Ghost/Ground. Perfect counter to the Gastly line.
Why can’t there be a pure Fire type line? Natural evolution.
Oh well, Fire/ Ghost is cool.
But there’s one awesome thing about these games… EVERY TYPE HAS A THREE STAGE!!

You’re supposed to call something a “no brainer” when you LIKE it, not when you think it sucks. “No brainer” means “such an obvious best choice you don’t even need to think about choosing it.”

He might misunderstand the phrase and still dislike the pokemon, but yeah, “no brainer” is normally a good thing.

*takes a breath at correcting Pokejungle* TECHNICALLY, it’s been around since #001, as Bulbasaur is Grass/Poison as well. But yeah, it’s not a bad typing, and it is also nice from a Poison standpoint too.
