It was ACTUALLY “You will get your remake in November, stop complaining. And you will say “Pokémon is the best franchise.”

YOU are the one embellishing with fake news. No mention of sinnoh. No mention of crying. No mention that anyone said Pokémon is not great, no mention of “when you will see the next game”.

And they’ve mentioned everything you said in the article. Please read it properly before you diss the article. They’ve been very clear that it’s a rumor/speculation post, the kind which they have posted in the past. This one comes from a credible source, hence imo it’s justified. Also, just because they’re replying to a thread, doesn’t mean the information isn’t legit. You’ll be surprised how often twitter threads have lead to real leaks.

Except that Kelios has not announced or confirmed anything. The tweet in question is a reaction to another Twitter thread where people are complaining that we don’t have a remake yet.

It’s more an assumption than a leak.

Thanks for the comment 🙂 This was retweeted by an account who leaked a significant amount of Gen VIII content and also aligns with merch schedules for 2021 and rumblings on Chinese messageboards.

I hope that I’ve made it clear in the article that rumors are not something fans should take at face value, but I don’t think it’s out of line to post such things. The Pokémon news cycle for me is a lot like Apple’s–lots of rumors and speculation leading up to release.
