I like these lead up events, also good to see them finally embracing the Online Mystery Gifts regularly, last 2 gens there were very few online Mystery Gifts, everything was a code you had to get from a store for the most part.

If the dates of the events are anything to go by then maybe the DLC will drop June 20th at the earliest.

“A new Mystery Gift has started to run on Mystery Gift > Receive Via Internet. Two gifts are available: One is a Level 15 Hidden Ability Galarian Mr. Mime and the other is a collection of balls: Lure Ball, Heavy Ball, Moon Ball and Dream Ball. This distribution will run until 23:59 UTC on May 28th 2020.

Following that, more distributions will run:
Galarian Ponyta will run from May 29th 2020 00:00 UTC to June 4th 23:59 UTC alongside another Ball set of Level Ball, Fast Ball, Love Ball, Friend Ball and Beast Ball

Galarian Corsola will run from June 5th 2020 00:00 UTC to June 11th 23:59 UTC alongside an Evolution Item set of Sweet Apple, Tart Apple, Chipped Pot, Cracked Pot, Whipped Dream and Sachet

Galarian Meowth will run from June 12th 2020 00:00 UTC alongisde a set of 50 Big Nugget and 100 EXP. Candy L.

This is said to prepare players for the Isle of Armor”
