If you can still get in and change it you’ll be fine, they probably haven’t changed peoples’ passwords. The real threat is if you used the password you used for Showdown in other (more important) places.

And if they were using the right encryption methods it should take years to crack without a rainbow table. I bet they’re still using MD5.
