Your source is Kotaku isn’t it? Nintendo has not come out completely to state their views on this. If it is true, the changing of Soleil’s dialogue makes complete sense. With the growing homosexual movement in the United States, this wouldn’t sit well with the populous. You could just go and read the true dialogue online if you want to anyways. People are only hoping that the face-rubbing minigame is not gone. After that, I’d say that Fire Emblem Fates is coming up to be quite an awesome title.

It is the games press that create these pseudo contraversies because their core audience of gamers has been migrating to YouTube. They have to appeal to the ‘progressive left’ (or regressive left, if you actually pay attention to what they advocate) in order to get clicks. The social justice mobs don’t even play these games. Companies are being indirectly pressured to censor by ever-desperate games journalists, not by a majority of their consumers. This is the illusion they are trying to create. i do appreciate your effort, but that does not clear up the doubts. This
is exactly the same Kotaku article that I told you about, containing a
supposed “souce” that in practice is almost impossible to verify. The
fact that, as I said, every single article’s source is STILL Kotaku
rather than any official Nintendo statements is still incredibly shady,
and the fact that NOA hasn’t said anything despite how it’s releasing
info about the DLC’s doesn’t help.

I ask because I keep seeing this rumor and when I check on articles, no one can offer true and reliable sources for it. No official statements from Nintendo. No words from people who actually work on Nintendo. Nothing. The closes tot a source is an article from Kotaku *which also lacks sources other than a supposed “Nintendo exployee”, and which is passed around as some gospel truth by MANY supposedly reliable gaming sites.

So yea, give us concrete proof of what you claim.
