They are completely wrong. I think its one of the hardest. I mean without the game breaking Exp. Share it is really freaking hard. There are higher level wild pokemon than you in the Victory Road.

It’s actually kinda good. More time to play the game rather than speculate. Besides, no one actually cares about “game journal” type posts unless it is their own. It’s kinda human nature.

In my base it is Rotation so the battle style is “kinda singles”, but the first three Pokémon always get full experience. I have invited some Blissey-toting people in.
