Thunder Punch allows the 2HKO on Skarmory, Slowbro and Mandibuzz. Which would otherwise wall it. Ice Punch can be used if Ground types such as Gliscor or Landorus are more troublesome for you. But one interesting thing is that with Metagross’ bulk it can actually live most EQs.

Also, Mega Sceptile w/ Giga Drain/Energy Ball, DPulse, HP Rock (because of the weakness to Bug-type and Flying-type) and maybe Synthesis. I don’t want Leaf Storm because of the recoil!

Mega Luponny is now one of my favourite Mega Evolutions! I’ll use it with Fake Out, Return, HJK and Thunder Punch because of the weakness to Flying-type weakness. I don’t know what to do with Mega Audino and Mega Steelix but I’ll think about that!

That set you’ve made for Mega Metagross is really good! With Hone Claws you never have to worry about the chance of Meteor Mash and Zen Headbutt missing but I think that Ice Punch works better because of the weakness to Ground-type moves! And I had the same problem with Mega Beedrill, it can’t take hits!

Well that is true. I think (like Chansey/Blissey lol) piling up the Defense EV’s is the way to go with Beedrill. Maybe even go Impish! Protect is actually a great idea if not doing the Swords Dance. i forgot about the mega evo speed weirdness, so it can’t really attack turn 1.
