it will really piss my off if it can’t be traded or transferred to future generations like spiky eared pikachu. that really ruined his specialness. why couldn’t they just have made him an unchangeable alternate form like all others?

and for the record, it was revealed that there is only ONE pikachu that can dress up, and I have confirmed that it is female by the shape of its tail. It also has a black heart on its tail, unlike other female pikachu.

I know, it makes me sad. It also ticks me off that I couldn’t take off my hat, despite starting off in my pajamas without it, and my other gender rival, my other rivals, and almost every character in the game not having a hat. I want to see my hair god damn it! I’d almost prefer no customization if this is how they are gonna do it.
