Like I said, only time will tell. Personally I’m looking forward to their releases, since they are 2 of my favourite legends.

Too bad it doesn’t. It really should do that. Otherwise, it’s just a weak, ally-safe version of Earthquake.

The only thing that’s changed about the Lati Twins’ movepool is that, like every other pokémon, they can learn Confide now, so offensively, they’re still the same in Gen V (unless you take move tutor moves into consideration).

They may be fantastic in Mega Formes, but I don’t think they’ll be broken. When in doubt, use Sucker Punch. I know, it’s cheap, but it works!

I honestly think Lands Wrath (Zygarde’s signature move), should bypass the flying/levitate immunity to ground. It would have differentiated it form earthquake, and actually made it worth using.

Something as small as a New ability, or slight change in stats, improved movepool, can make a Pokemon broken (take mega khan for example).
However with the lati twins, it remains to be seen whether the The mega is superior to Soul Dew or not.

In my opinion Adaptability Latios with increased special attack, defence, and maybe speed screams broken to me. As does Multiscale Latias with increased defenses. But we won’t know for sure until we actually see them in action

Every pokémon has it’s weak points, EVEN in its Mega Forme.

We may not know what its Mega Ability is yet (I’ve heard it’s Adaptability, but it’s only a rumor), but it’s defense will still be low, and it’ll still be weak to Dragon, Ice, Fairy, Bug, Ghost, and Steel.

We at least have this information to figure out how to counter him.
