It looks like another Eeveelution to go along with Sylveon. Seeing as Sylveon has Feminine traits, maybe this is the male counterpart with the echo typing?

The image itself comes from 2ch, which has been relatively brimmed with rumors on past Pokemon games. An unknown source however, says that this image was taken from a prerecorded episode of Smash. I still think it’s fake though.
