The only thing that disapointed me in this new upcoming game which I HOPE is just a speculation;
You play as pikachu
And the only partner pkmn you’ll have are those.
Is the personality test still engaged with this game??? I reaaaallly hope so.. that’s where all the fun is. Also knowing there is a countless of oppurtunities of what pokemon you’ll be.
The story engages the whole curiousity/creativity more
I always loved PMD games for tht reason.
I hope this one isn’t bad……. 🙁

In reply to David Schinkel. most likely in 2014 they'll start talking about gen 6. 2013 will be spin offs like this and maybe a remake.

In reply to Jatonx. Actually, it says Snivy, Axew, Tepig, and Oshawott as /partners/. The main character, however, seems to be restricted to Pikachu. I don't necessarily like this, honestly. The personality test in the beginning of the first PMD is what attracted me. :c Oh well, I'll get used to it. 3D PMD is cool~

Not a MD fan but this is great! I might actually buy it! Especially if there are event Pokemon for the main games available.

In reply to Reece. The climax of Mystery Dungeon Sky involves three characters who just braved the bleak future, and have made the sun rise for the first time. However as the sun rises, they begin to perish. One of the characters actually dies on-screen, and the other two admit their love for one another. I won't spoil anymore of the story, but the plot is a lot deeper than what you would find in the main Pokemon series.
