Well, the sun isn’t really orange, but white… It’s the atmosphere that makes it look orange. But I have seen orange being associated to plasma a lot. Also, those plasma globes are actual plasma, and so are electric sparks and thunderbolts.

I could totes see that happen. It’d be awesome, I originally thought that fridge forme’s silhouette was a television, but it ended up a fridge. No big deal!

I’ll just look forward to a Rotom evolution, since there’s plenty they could do! 😀

I think that it’d be cool if Rotom had a television forme…I mean it is found by talking to a television if I remember right. That way it could keep it’s Electric type (television’s need electricity to be powered). That’s just my two cents 🙂

Pulseman wasn’t a biological basis, it fits as a design choice, but it is not biological, and I didn’t feel like bringing that into the real-world basis of the pokemon.

Scolipede is my favorite pokemon, I naturally wrote that article up because they asked me to do a B/W pokemon, and if you went on the forums, you would know me for my obsession with Scolipede. I ‘m unaware that Bulbapedia ever did an article on Scolipede, and I highly doubt they mention the House centipede.

Next up, plasma is a state of matter that is superheated. No, those purple balls in stores are not plasma. Plasma is typically very, very bright, but when dimmed, such as the sun, tends to end up orange. It wasn’t a choice or anything related to Rotom, it was a simple statement that the colour was just what it was made of.

As for the hands, it was a logical choice that fit with my idea of what the arms fit with. It makes no sense for a ghost to just happen to have oven mitts when it possesses an oven. It makes much for sense for them to be remembering what happens. Plus, the article is in the opinions section for a reason, I’m sorry if you don’t agree with my opinion.

Finally, no, it’s not at all like a gas needing a sense of direction to follow the wind. A ghost is a being with no gravity to it, thus why it hovers. It makes no sense that a being with no gravity would have a sense of the magnetism of the world. A ghost is an entity with no being. It’s not a gas. It’s a creature.
