There you can find Swadloons and Whilrlipedes… Both give 2 DEF Effort Points each. You still have to be picky, but at least it’s somewhat faster then going for their pre-evos or Durants.

It worked for me!

It only tosses out +1 Speed and +1 Atk mons.

It’s a good place to train!
