					<description><![CDATA[Well, I highly recommend for Defense EV training the area (still in Pinwheel Forest) near where you find Virizion. 

There you can find Swadloons and Whilrlipedes... Both give 2 DEF Effort Points each. You still have to be picky, but at least it&#039;s somewhat faster then going for their pre-evos or Durants.
