In reply to MAG19856. From what I've seen, it only affects one city. You can reach the item and hidden item on the left side of Icirrus city. Also in Icirrus, you can go onto the ledge above the gym to get an item. And lastly, you can reach the southern most areas of Icirrus city. South of the mud puddles where Stunfisk and Palpitoad are. Theres 1 item, 3 hidden mushrooms of various sizes, and a house with the Team Rocket member from older games that speaks in broken English.
