In reply to Jimiboy. I suggest you try not to use an emulator, BTW. As evidenced by WPM, you cannot level up your Pokemon in a ROM. Although if you like nuzlockes, go right on ahead.

Apparently you can use some sort of rare candy treat and level up with rare candies. That’s just what I read on youtube. I have no idea how to do it though.
