I’m going to bed. Hmph.

I’m tired and I have a headache.  And I’ll do Goon’s Scizor tomorrow.  Don’t stone me plz.

BUT.  The reason I’m updating is that I need a new banner for the layout I’m working on and I’m shit with graphics.  So… anyone want to have a go with it?  I’d like it to have a green/black scheme, but really anything with green works and either focus on Tsutaja OR Chikorita.  :3  It needs to be 940px wide by 198px tall.  Anyone up for it!?  I know someone originally offered me gfx services and linked to their dA but I forgot to get in touch with them D:  To them I offer a sincere apology.  I would love to see if my visitors could come up with something!  Plus what would be cooler than getting your banner featured on PJN (answer: a hell of a lot of things)?  If there are enough good ones I may put in a rotation script!

So if you do make a banner please upload it to a free image hosting site (Image Shack, Imgur, Photobucket, etc) and link it in the comments!  <3 <3 <3

ps- Also post comments about ideas on a contest to win Satoshi’s Pikachu.  I have it downloaded now.  I will never be compiling lists of names again in order to decide a winner… MUCH too long.  So give me some food for thought if you’ve got it <3  Good time to through in site suggests as well as I’m working on the next version of the blog ;)

Friday Night Update

I am returning from Chicago tomorrow!  Aaaaaaand somehow I screwed up the sound on my netbook (ugh) because I was trying to set up the mic drivers which didn’t work (which requires mucking around with ALSA) and now nothing is working.  In the end I got an working on Android that could make phone calls with skype so I could talk to my bf :)  Yay.  So Ubuntu Netbook Remix is OUT and I will be installing Jolicloud when I get home.  I regularly switch through OS’s on this thing.  I do regret uninstalling Fedora though as that worked the best and I had my Japanese IME set up perfectly :(  </you didn’t need to know any of that>

Apologies if I miss any information tonight (I’m going to bed, early flight).  I’ll try to do what I can before I leave tomorrow if there is any updating to be done.

AND.  Tomorrow night I will finally announce the Scizor winner when Pokemon Sunday airs the NEW POKEMON!  So be suuuuuuuure to at least check the site tomorrow night ;D

Quick Morning Update

I’m leaving for Chicago this morning, so I won’t be able to update PJN for at least a few hours ;D  However the hotel I booked should have WiFi, so no problems there.  Will be there through Saturday.

On the news front we have literally nothing new to talk about really, hopefully Oha Suta will post something one of these days otherwise we’ll be waiting for Pokemon Sunday which may reveal the third legendary.  So stay tuned!

ps- My interview went great, hope to hear back on Friday about it.  Anyone know fun things to do in Chicago?  I feel like I didn’t see enough landmarks while I was there last time.  Pokemon discussion… anyone have hopes for the 3rd legendary?

Goin’ to bed :D

At very least we’ll have an update tomorrow night after Pokemon Sunday airs, if nothing comes sooner.  Having fun with my friends though :p
