Hello, everyone! Mr.Bojingles is back, here to bring you some exciting news on yet another awesome Pokémon adventure!

So this past weekend was Buddha’s birthday, so Koreans celebrate it as a national holiday, thus giving us a long weekend. Epic! I had Friday off of work, so I decided to take this opportunity to go to the marvelous Tokyo, Japan! I booked this trip back in March on a whim. I chose the first hostel that I saw that looked good (Khaosan Tokyo Kabuki – one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at!), which is in the heart of the beautiful Asakusa, Tokyo. From there I just went with the flow!

I only had one full day of exploring, so I really needed to make it count. Two things that I absolutely had to see were The Pokémon Center and Square-Enix store. I’ve been wanting to experience those places for years, so I couldn’t let up this excellent opportunity.

I Googled the Pokémon Center on Google maps and found the location. After doing a virtual walk from the station, I felt rather confident that I’d be able to find my way. However, I ended up wandering across the street where I got turned around quite a bit. Then, finally it struck me like a heavenly ray of light. It was like the clouds parted and there it was. . .the sign for the Pokémon Center. Pikachu’s smiling face and Snivy’s smug grin were my guide to the building where it resides. They were staring right back at me from across the street, over the subway tracks and through the mesh of power lines. Beautiful.

If you ever go, I do have to say that it’s in an awkward place. The store sits on the second floor above a 711 in a business building, so it’s a bit easy to miss. It’s right next to Hamamatsucho and Daimon stations, so make sure not to stray too far.

Now, I must say, upon entering the Pokémon Center, I was in shock for the first ten or fifteen minutes or so.

I mean. . .seriously? I spent probably an hour just pacing around the store looking at everything a million times. They have everything with a Pokémon face on it; pens, pencils, stationary, plushies, cell phone cases, key chains, notebooks, shirts, bags, you name it, they have it. I was overwhelmed with how much stuff is there. It was complete sensory overload. I didn’t know where to start. I spent most of my time just devouring all of the sights as if I was afraid that I’d forget everything when I left and it never happened. I really took my sweet time sorting through all of the merchandise, checking out the pictures, watching the videos they had on display. . .I really wanted to get the whole experience. As I was taking in the environment, I would hear the distant healing chime that we all know and love from the Pokecenter in the games. . .absolute nerd BLISS.

I was really excited to see the latest Coro Coro magazine as well as pictures and videos of Pokémon XY! There was no new information of course, but what I was really sad about was the absence of XY items for sale. Of course they wouldn’t sell anything this pre emptive to the release, but I was hoping to come back with a Fennekin keychain or something!

After picking through the sale items, I finally went up to the cash register with my basket of goodies. I spent a total of about 6500 yen, or about $63 USD (not as much as I thought!). Below is some of the loot that I picked up minus Tokyo Pikachu socks that I wore to work today. Also, they’ve recently released a keychain series of 8bit Pokémon sprites. I picked up an Espeon sprite that’s currently attached to my obnoxiously large Galaxy phone -_-

I left the store quite the happy camper. It was everything that I hoped for and then some! Next time I go to Tokyo (and there will definitely be a next time), I’ll be sure to hit this place up again to see if there’s anything new. I can’t wait for XY to come out so I can go mental on adorable Pokémon loot! Is there any particular XY item you’d like to see? I’d love to see Pokémon figures similar to Square-Enix’s PLAYARTS figurines (here’s an example). Not as life like of course, but maybe in sweet action poses or something like that.

P.S The Square-Enix store was quite disappointing. They moved the location last November so DO NOT follow any directions older than 11-2012. They downsized and took out a lot of their models, particularly the giant life sized Sephiroth sleeping in a transparent coffin in the floor. Epic fail.

Pokéology: X/Y Edition

Hey guys. Long time no see– it’s been four months! Crazy how time flies when you’re busy– I’ve moved house, had an entire sports season, worked as the tech director for my school’s musical.. I can’t believe my last article was a few days after we found out about X and Y, that sure feels like an eternity ago. Still, I’m back with a special edition on the four new Pokémon revealed in Corocoro.

The site’s gone through a big rework since I’ve been gone, so it’s been a bit of a learning process for me in posting this. Thankfully, I have an awesome slider made by our very own Moving- great job!

So yeah, here we are, this time focusing on the four fantastic new creatures shown off in Corocoro. I actually really like these guys, so I’m excited to see them in battle later this year. My favorite? Fletchling actually; quite possibly the cutest bird I’ve seen in Pokémon. I mean, look at that little fella. That said though, each of them are fantastic in their own ways, and I’m really excited to find out what’s in store for the rest of this generation.

Basis

So jumping right into it, let’s take a look at this curious little guy. It’s pretty easily identified as the Japanese Robin by the fiery orange head- a key feature of the species. Now, since you’ve already seen the images concerning the new Pokémon I’m covering in this article, you’ve already noticed that this fella is Fletchling. The Japanese Robin, as you can guess, comes from Japan, and it’s a rather commonly seen bird. There’s clearly some artistic license being taken on Fletchling, with differences in wing patterns and some body color, but that’s to be expected with a basic bird Pokémon. I think a great example of this is Starly, which although based on a starling, has a vastly different appearance. Now this one concerns a Pokémon that might’ve confused some of you at first. Helioptile is an unusual Pokémon with features that might cause some confusion, but as soon as I saw it I knew what I was looking at. See, one of my favorite lizards is the frill-necked lizard from Australia, commonly known as the ‘frilled lizard.’ These guys are intense, throwing up their frills as soon as they get any threats. This makes them suddenly look triple their original size to potential predators or rivals, and normally wins a fight without shedding any blood. That’s pretty beast for a lizard, I have to say. So, why did it make me instantly jump to a frilled lizard? Well, take a look- That pretty much sums up what you need to know about the basis, but here’s a cool little extra thing. See, frill-necked lizards tend to run on their back legs. Seriously, look it up, it’s ridiculously cool. Google frilled lizards running right now, you won’t regret it. I really couldn’t resist on this one. I’m not saying it’s ripping it off, trust me- pandas have a lot of links to fighting. I always found it kind of ironic honestly, since panda bears are (mainly) herbivorous and probably the least aggressive bear known to man. You sure don’t see boxing black bears though, just pandas. All that said, Panchum is still a unique Pokémon with a nice idea to it. I’m interested in seeing how it evolves, since they could do a lot with the basis of a panda. They’ve done Pandas before, if you haven’t noticed that Spinda was just a really dizzy panda. The Ibex is a special thing– there’s not many animals like it on the planet. They have some crazy horns, which of course is the basis for my identification of Gogoat as one. Domestic goats actually fall under this genus, but I feel like Gogoat is a bit too sturdy, wild, and has some nice horns. So instead of just saying it’s a goat, I’m going to have to say it’s a Spanish Ibex, as seen above. The Spanish Ibex has the most accurate horns compared to Gogoat, but I’m no bovid expert, so if someone wants to correct me, I’d be fine with that.

This fella might be little, but there’s plenty of interesting stuff going on with him. For a start, we have white wingtips, an orange face, a large black tail with a single stripe, yellow markings just behind each of the eyes, a black bill, and two long legs. Long legs are not typical of many bird Pokémon, and present a Pokémon more accustomed to life on the ground. It’s evident that Fletchling is able to navigate pretty quickly on the ground with legs like these, although it probably prefers flight for normal travel. Fletchling has a massive wingspan, which is unapparent when the wings are in a inert position. This may be frightening to opponents, as it shows that Fletchling is a much bigger creature with powerful wings. These wings are clearly made for long distance travel, and it’s likely that Fletchling spends much of its time migrating throughout Kalos. It has a large tail which appears to show off, being brightly marked with a single stripe. This could be used in finding mates, or for aggressive behaviors. It sticks out very plainly, being contrasted with the black of the tail. This also implies that Fletchling has little issue with predators; whether this is due to its habitat, abilities, or speed is unapparent. At this point in time, Fletchling’s evolutionary tree is unknown, but all signs point to it being the most basic stage in its evolutionary tree. There are some assumptions to be made regarding its possible evolutionary traits, but key features that are most likely advanced include the yellow markings, the stripe on the tail, and the white on its wings. These are all small details which feel incomplete, and thus clearly will be advanced in its evolutions. Regarding its ability for fire, one would assume that at some point it will become a phoenix. With that in mind, one could imagine a phoenix with a fire covered head; The yellow marking is dead-center for the yellow of the flame, so it’s already easy to see that happening. It’s almost hard to describe this one, I mean, take a few looks at it and you’ll still be a little stumped by this guys features. Still, we can see a dome-shaped head, with two frills coming off the sides, two lines through the middle, large blue eyes, two nasal openings, and a V-shaped mouth. It has a slender body with a black tip on its tail, and black, claw-tipped extremities. The head is most definitely the most interesting part of this creature, and can tell us a lot about it and how it lives. Interestingly enough, the large eyes catch my eye. We know that Helioptile gathers solar energy during the day, which begs the question as to how it behaves at night. It’s likely, from these large eyes, that Helioptile spends its nights active, hunting and gathering food using the energy it gained over the day. There’s something else that I think regards the sun as well, and that’d be the black coloration on the aft section of its head. Black is the color that draws in the most heat and energy from the sun, which would be a perfect fit for Helioptile’s lifestyle. The key features are probably the two frills on the sides of its head. These fold up and stay compact during the majority of Helioptile’s life, but appear to open when threatened or while behaving aggressively. This makes Helioptile seem bigger to its predators, and may have something to do with its abilities to manipulate electricity. Helioptile is clearly basic in its evolutionary tree, but there are plenty of hints as to how its evolutions will appear. The hunched posture points to a bipedal evolution, possibly in a posture much like Feraligatr. The black hands and tail tips will most likely stay as it evolves as well, leaving one to wonder what their significance is. However, the one feature that I really see as being up in the air would be the frills on its head. In my mind, I can imagine it having an incomplete frill, with spaces between each part of the frill, and each of these spaces is filled up with electrical energy rushing across these openings. That would be pretty darn cool, but we have to see how it’ll work out. Here’s a guy with some attitude. Pancham has small ears, large arms, strong legs, a small tail, two large black patches of fur around its eyes, tufts of hair sticking out from its fur, and a signature leaf almost always found in its mouth. Its arms and legs are rather large in comparison to its body size, showing it to be a very adept fighter. It could clearly throw its weight around and get away with it for most Pokémon anywhere near its size. Judging by its expression, it knows it’s tough, and probably fights with other Pokémon for its own amusement. The dark spots around its eyes would confuse an opponent as to the size and shape of its eye, making it harder to get blows at the soft tissue of the eye itself. Though this might also generally just intimidate an opponent as well, with darker, more unnerving eyes. Its small ears point to it lacking much in the hearing department, which is clearly due to its all-out nature lacking much of a need for hearing. As with the others, Pancham seems to be the lowest stage in its evolutionary tree, which leaves much room for improvement. It’s curious to think of what it might become, as it doesn’t have many key features to advance. I could see it having a punk Mohawk, and a large stick in its mouth, rather than a single leaf. Last, but not least, we have Gogoat, a Pokémon much larger than the other three revealed recently. There’s a lot to cover as for its physical features, from the grassy overcoat, to the long horns, large hooves, and finally its powerful legs. It has some pretty unique hooves, being two-toed with a third, spine-like appendage out of the ankle. It’s kinda hard to thing of a reason for this adaption, other than possibly being used during a kick to slash the opponent. That would greatly increase the effect of its kick, possibly crippling its opponent. Just to add to that, it has some sturdy legs; most likely due to its hefty size, which would require legs able to keep it up and stable. The grassy tufts of fur on the aft side of its body would not only keep Gogoat quite warm, they would also possibly provide a steady food source from photosynthesis. I do find some irony here, as one would expect that Gogoat itself munches down on grass; making this less mutual of a relationship than one would think. The long horns are definitely involved in mating rituals and general competitions for mates. These may or may not be gender specific, which is something I’m curious as to see. We may very well find out that female Gogoats look vastly different, but I’m not quite sure what to expect from Pokémon this generation, so that’s still open to debate. As for its evolutionary tree, I’m pretty certain this can’t be the most basic stage. Not only have we seen proof of a lower stage, take a good look at it. Doesn’t it scream evolved to you? But regarding it evolving, I don’t see that happening. They made a pretty big deal out of riding it, and I’d think they wouldn’t make such a feature for a Pokémon just destined to evolve. I’d like to be proven wrong on that one however.

MORE Pokémon X & Y Rumours!

Another set of rumours have appeared online and claim to reveal several new bits of information on Pokémon X & Y. We were uncertain whether we wanted to post these at first, but we’ve decided to go ahead. Water Pokémon Master of PokéBeach originally posted these rumours.

Smash will be airing in a few hours with their Pokémon X & Y Special with their reveal of all the Corocoro information released last week. It seems unlikely that anything else will be concretely confirmed or revealed but there’s a slim chance. As usual we will be covering the episode so check back for the post soon.

Remember none of this is to be considered true, that’s not to say it isn’t. Until anything is officially confirmed there’s always scepticism over what’s true and what’s not. Regardless we hope to have some juicy information for you soon! We know how much you all enjoy discussing these so called leaks and analysing them down to the last details. The insider information is as follows…

Pancham evolves into Pangoro in the early level 30s. In order to evolve Pancham into Pangoro, you need to have one other Dark-type Pokemon in your party. Pangoro’s type is Fighting/Dark.
A Pokemon named Inkay evolves into Malimar. To evolve it, you have to hold your 3DS upside-down when it levels up. Malimar’s type is Dark/Psychic.
A Psychic-type Pokemon named Espurr evolves into Meowstick.
Like in B/W you have two rivals - one is friendly and the other is competitive. Your rival that is more friendly gives you his/her fully evolved starter Pokemon after you beat the game.
Another professor named Sycamore gives you either Bulbasaur, Charmander, or Squirtle.
Even though it shows the player riding on a Gogoat in the new trailer, players can’t ride on their own Pokemon. What was shown is just an alternate way of getting around Lumiose City and it only works with Gogoat.
HMs still exist but there’s a lot less of them.
Players will be able to see their Pokemon’s EVs (probably through the same in-game facility mentioned in the other post).
A new move, Belch, is a Poison-type attack that has a base power of 120. The user must consume a held Berry to perform it.
Draining Kiss is a Fairy-type attack that heals the user for the same amount of damage performed. It has a base power of 60.
If the first forme of Mewtwo can be said to look roughly similar to Mewtwo’s original design, the second form of Mewtwo can be said to look roughly/vaguely similar to Mew‘s design.
In case you missed the correction from the other day, the Starters’ final evolutions are Fire/Psychic, Grass/Dark, and Water/Fighting.

Nintendo Direct Coverage — FINISHED!

Nintendo will be airing a new Direct today providing updates on 3DS and Wii U titles set to release this summer. It seems we’re not set to have any new games revealed, with Nintendo saying that they will broadcast another Direct showcasing games for fall and onwards before E3 this year.

Live Updates

Apologies, the stream had actually started but the one I was watching hadn’t yet begun. If we have missed anything major we will update the post with it!
Mario and Sonic at The Olympic Winter Games @ Sotchi will utilise the GamePad, Wii U Controller Pro and Wiimote. Situational controller switching happens in certain events.
Nintendo have partnered with Sega to release numerous Sonic games on their consoles. The first of these games will be Sonic Lost World, available exclusively on 3DS and Wii U. It is an action adventure game with more details coming before E3.
A bigger catalogue of Sega Game Gear games will become available on the Virtual Console soon. With details to come shortly.
The Legend of Zelda Oracle of Ages/Seasons will be available May 30th, the games will cost $5.99 each, however, for the first three weeks (May 30th – June 20th) will be available for for $4.99.
Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D will be available May 24th.
We’re focusing on WarioWare and some of the feature the GamePad has in the game. Including a mini-game that features various viewpoints in the game, you must use both the TV and GamePad screens to complete the game. The game launches June 23rd.
Resident Evil Revelations Wii U version feature Infernal mode with items in new locations and more. It will feel like a totally different experience. New controls for the GamePad include using the map on the GamePad’s screen and changing items, without disracting from the experience on the TV. The game also allows the game to be fully played Off TV.The game will be available May 21st.
New Super Luigi U DLC details. Players can take part in co-op playing as Luigi, one of two Toads and Nabbit. His speed and jump is the same as other characters, he is unable to power-up but instead takes no damage if he touches an enemy. NSLU will be available on June 20th for $9.99. The game will also be available as a standalone version on August 25th in stores for $29.99MSRP
The Wonderful 101 details will be revealed between now and release.
Pikmin 3 will feature 3 new main characters: Alph, Charlie and Brittany. Their planet is featuring a doomsday due to a lack of food. In Pikmin 3 the aim is to find fruit as a new resource for their home planet. They will use the help of the Pikmin to transport the food. Experienced and unexperienced players will be able to enjoy the game equally. The GamePad becomes the KopPad in Pikmin 3. Displaying a mini-map with details on each area. Players can also be automatically moved using the KopPad. The game can be played in full of TV. The game which launch on August 4th.
During the week of E3 Nintendo are making Wii U games playable to the public in Best Buy stores across the US.

What The Fake?! Football Players and Flying Foxes

XY news is winding down for this month, and I don’t think we will get much until next month. But you probably want to discuss some rumours, so here they are! Today’s fake rumours come from a Spanish site called Leveleando. Thanks to Barry for the translation.

As an obvious note, we strongly believe these are fake. They are a mix of old rumours, obvious facts and some really strange things! I will provide my opinion on almost each of them!

There are two versions of Gogoat. The female is different from the male and has much smaller horns. The male can be ridden in the field while the female cannot. Version differences sounds possible. But why wouldn’t I be able to ride a female Gogoat? Sounds sexist in my opinion.
Chespin’s evolution resembles a football player. Fennekin’s evolution resembles a flying fox with large wings. Froakie’s evolution line resembles a ninja. A football player? A flying fox?! The only thing that could see the light of day is probably the ninja.
There are a lot of new Pokémon. More then any current generation. More new Pokémon than Generation V? I’m not sure if I want that if they put in lots of filler Pokémon.
Sylveon is the only new Eevee evolution. But I want my Dragon Eevee! A Dragon and a Fairy seems likely to me, given the paired Eevee’s in the past. Don’t think that will happen though.
Mawile, Absol, Misdreavus, Milotic (but not Feebas), Chimecho, Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf get a type change to Fairy. Absol is fit for pure Dark. Dark/Fairy maybe?
Eevee, Mawile, Sableye, Dunsparce, Bannette, Tauros, Heracross, Pinsir, Bisharp, Maractus, Drifloon will get new evolutions. While Lickitung, Throh, Sawk,and Absol get pre-evolutions
There are two teams, Team Acid and Team Base. Team Acid is a group of thugs who wish to create the “final” type. Team Base steals weak Pokémon from trainers to make them strong. Acid and Base? I’m more inclined to believe that the theme for XY is land versus sky. Team Terra and Team Aero seem more plausible.
Xerneas and Yveltal represent life and death. The region has had countless wars. Since Pokémon battles started and used to resolve disputes, the region has been a peaceful place. Let’s end war with resorting to helpless creatures that fight it out for us instead!
One of the new legendary Pokémon is based on a classic chinese dragon. It is Dragon and Fire. When was the last time we got a Dragon/Fire?
There is a Fairy/Steel legendary that looks like an “angelic knight”
Legendaries will be DLC. No word yet whether you’ll have to pay. Does this pertain to the event Pokémon? Because it seems likely they will spread them as DLC to prevent early leaking. I’m sure they will be free though
The player can get different outfits throughout the game, including one based on the white suit of Team Rocket. Other costumes may be distributed through DLCs. Costume DLC seems possible, like they did with C-Gear skins and other minor stuff. Iwata has said that he doesn’t think paid DLC is a fit for every game, and used Pokémon as an example.
There will be new fossil Pokémon. It would be more surprising if there wouldn’t be any.
You’ll be able to transfer up to 25 Pokémon at a time from your generation 5 games to X and Y. No mini game for this is required. Sounds too good to be true without a mini-game. I would certainly appreciate this though.
Gyms are Bug-type, Fairy, Normal, Fighting, Ghost, Ice, Fire and Psychic. No Dark again?
This time the Elite Four is not based on types, but in stats, more specifically in HP, Attack, Defense and Speed. The Champion uses a mixed team. Does he mean the Champion uses mixed stat Pokémon? Because it would be strange to mention he uses a mixed type team, seeing as every other E4 should use one.
You will have four different rivals. A childhood friend, a fat kid millionaire, and a Hiker. The fourth rival isn’t described. Don’t get why a Hiker would be my rival

WiFi Events & New International Tournaments

Numerous events have been announced and will take place in Pokémon Centers across Japan. These events are celebrating the 15th anniversary of Pokémon Centers opening in the country and as such each Center has a different Pokémon to give away…

All the following Pokémon will arrive to your Black 2 & White 2 games at Level 100.
The Pokémon Center in Sapporo will be giving away an Empoleon holding an Air Balloon from 15th May until 21st.
Serperior will be given away in the Tohou Center from May 22nd – 28th with Leftovers.
May 29th – June 4th Pikachu will be given away in Tokyo holding a Light Ball.
Yokohoma will be distributing a Choive Ban holding Torterr from the 5th of June until the 11th.
Fans in Nagoya will be able to receive an Infernape with a Focus Sash from 12th June – 18th.
Emboar will be available in Osaka from 19th of June until the 25th and will arrive with a Choice Scarf.
From the 26th of June until July the 2nd a Samurott will be available in Fukoka with an Expert Belt.
As a final celebration from July 3rd until July 7th all the Pokémon will be available randomly at each Pokémon Center.

A couple of days back we reported on the Shiny Genesect that will be distributed in Japan:

“Japanese players with Pokémon Black, White, Black 2, or White 2 will be able to download a special shiny Genesect to their games to coincide with the upcoming movie “Extremespeed Genesect and Mewtwo’s Awakening”. It is level 100 and comes with a Choice Scarf and the moves Extremespeed, Blaze Kick, and Shift Gear.”

It has been confirmed the distribution will run from July 13th until September 30th. In addition to this the Shiny Genesect will also arrive with its signature Techno Blast move. Interestingly the nature of the Pokémon is also fixed to Hasty and is rumoured to have high Attack and Speeds stats.

Finally, a new International Tournament has been announced: The Pokémon 2013 International Challenge – June. Following on from previous challenges this tournament keeps all the same rules an is a Double Battle format. Contestants will be split in Juniors, Seniors and Masters tiers and will receive a Galdon Berry, a Petra Berry and an Apicot Berry for taking part. Registration for the tournament will run from 14th of June until the 20th, will battles taking place from the 21st of the June until the 24th.

Special Eevee 3DS XL Fully Revealed! [UPD]

As a special advertisement previously announced, a special Eevee 3DS XL is just around the corner. An image of a leaflet advertising the console has been posted online. It features a striped design on the top shell which matches Eevees colour palette. The full official announcement of the console is set yo be made tomorrow where higher quality images of the actual console itself will hopefully be shown.

[UPD]: The Eevee XL has now been fully officially revealed. The console will be available from 22nd of June in Pokémon Centers across Japan. However, to get your hands on this Japan you must enter yourself into a special lottery draw. If you are you chosen you are able to purchase the 3DS for 18,900 yen.

New Worldwide X & Y Information!

The International names of Pokémon, moves and Region etc have been added to the update. All the information can be found below!

Gogoat’s English name remains as Gogoat. The Pokémon is Grass type and is able to learn Horn Leech, which was we reported on previously.
Erikitel, is to be called Helioptile in English. The Electric/Normal typing is a little unusual. It learns Parabolic Charge, which heals the user for half of the damage it deals to its enemies.
Yanchamu will be known as Pancham in English and is Fighting type. Pancham learns a new move called Parting Shot, which lowers the target’s Attack and Special Attack, then switches itself out for another Pokémon in the party.
Yayakoma will be known as Fletchling in English. It’s Normal/Flying and learns the Fire type move Flame Charge. Could it be that Fire will be more prominent in it as it evolves…?
The new region in X & Y is known as Kalos we correctly romanised the Japanese name as this. As we suspected, it most likely comes from the greek word ‘kalos’, meaning ‘good, beauty’. The region is shaped similar to a star and is based on France, pulling many features and locations from the real-world country.
Lumiose City is the central city of the Kalos region, and is based on Paris. It features an Eiffel tower-like structure, little canals and even has 3D models of cars and maps.
Customization confirmed. You are able to get new outfits and accessories at certain points in the game. You are able to change your costumes when you ‘go back’, possibly to your home town.
Diagonal walking confirmed. No more 4 directional walking.
Xerneas is pronounced ZURR-nee-us and Yveltal ee-VELL-tawl

X & Y Rumour — Pokémon Names

The rumours for X & Y are coming in thick and fast. Following the rumours we posted a couple of days back, new information has been provided. This information is completely unconfirmed but it will likely be confirmed as real or fake later this week, if/when the official English Pokémon site updates with the English names for the four new Pokémon revealed in the Corocoro leak this weekend.

The individual is claiming that they have information on the names of the new Pokémon, those names are:

Gogoat. The name here carries over from the Japanese translation.
Panchum is said to be the name of the panda Pokémon called Yanchamu in Japanese.
Yayakoma (the robin Pokémon) become Fletchling.
Helioptile will be the English name of Erikitel.

There it is. Like we’ve said this information will hopefully either be outed as fake or true sometime this week so we shouldn’t have to wait long for confirmation of validity on this and an older rumour. Credit goes to PokéBeach.
