Small rumor for Midnight

Aight, I’m posting this more because I think it’s an interesting concept rather than its plausibility.  I don’t really believe this information to be true and it comes from 2ch just like most crazy half-assed rumors usually do icon wink Small rumor for Midnight

  • Golduck will get an evolution named “Bossduck” (Bosudakku) if its traded with the item “Aqua Booster” (just like Magma Booster/Elec Booster).
  • Jynx will evolve in a similar manner, evolution named Rachiirudo if its traded holding the item “Chilled Booster”.

Please keep in mind that I do not expect this to be real information.  But IF more “Booster” items appear who do YOU want to see get an evolution?  I think in this case Golduck is kind of an arbitrary choice and doesn’t fit in with Magmar/Electabuzz/Jynx.

Starter Evolutions + Base Stats RUMOR

First off, I’ll be up front about this: I don’t believe it.  But Snowy actually found it on 2ch and someone else asked for it to be translated ‘n stuff, so I’ll do it.  Plus the type combinations are worth sparking some discussion!

Tsutaya (grass) -> Noukazura (grass/ground) ['nouka' farmer + 'kazura' part of a flower name in the Mucuna genus] -> Kazuratori (grass/ground) ['kazura' again + 'tori']  Last Evo’s base stats:

  • HP: 90
  • Atk: 89
  • Def: 105
  • SpAtk: 75
  • SpDef: 90
  • Speed: 90
  • Total: 539

Pokabu (fire) -> Tateishishi (fire/dark) ['tate' shield + ino'shishi' boar] -> Mimonoshishi (fire/dark) [no clue + ino'shishi' boar] Last Evo’s base stats:

  • HP: 120
  • Atk: 110
  • Def: 80
  • SpAtk: 80
  • SpDef: 100
  • Speed: 40
  • Total: 530

Mijumaru (water) -> Mijutto (water) [no clue] -> Kawamizun (water/fighting) ['kawa' river + 'mizu' water] Last Evo’s base stats:

  • HP: 85
  • Atk: 100
  • Def: 70
  • SpAtk: 90
  • SpDef: 130
  • Speed: 55
  • Total: 530

I’m going to assume that Tsutaja’s evo was supposed to have 80 atk, not 89.  Otherwise this rumor is complete bs just based on that.  Basically end of the rumor said “That’s it bye bye!” lol.

2ch Rumors. Again.

Aight, more 2ch rumors.  I was reading through their Pokemon board and found these, but consequently blue skY has also posted them, so perhaps that makes them more believable?   I dunno.  The other rumors ‘skY has posted haven’t turned out legit yet, lets not get our knickers in a bunch (to be honest I just wanted to say “knickers”). Not legit until proven. Apparently these might be new pokemon shown off soon:

  • Yogame – Bipedal turtle, war-like
  • Kanbaneri – Angel Pokemon (note that this is not mentioned, but I’m still hoping for a LIGHT TYPE!)
  • Soraion – Could have an appearance like this
  • Daneira – (still a mystery)
  • Ushikatsu – Fat cow
  • Supaddosu – Evil looking insect

Also, one more thing that blue skY covered was apparently a ‘Play-Doh’ packaging leak that showed an upcoming product with the pokemon.  These were the names that were allegedly revealed: Onokussu and Burokku.

ps- Had to post this before my interview since I love you guys so much :9  The first set of pokemon names seems a lil suspect to me, most because ‘ushikatsu’ literally is cow + cutlets.  As a sidenote I love カツカレー (katsucurry) icon biggrin 2ch Rumors. Again.  Thoughts on these new rumors?!  Wish we had pics.

Pokemon Sunday airing… (VID UP)

Update1: Added preliminary images, courtesy of PLDH, the site who also had all those awesome wallpapers <3  We now know that the more “naturalistic” city is the WHITE version, while the more modern city is in BLACK.  Yay.  And the way Rankurusu bounces around makes me enjoy it slightly more to be honest (first image is an ANIMATED gif, so click on it to see Rankurusu rock’n out).

Update3: Pokabu uses NITRO CHARGE… BOOM (fire type move).  Rumor I just posted is CONFIRMED lmfao.  Also Wooguru’s “free fall” move is shown and the Pokemon revealed by CoroCoro all have their sprites animated ‘n stuff, so the video is worth a watch.  SPP had said a brand new pokemon was going to be revealed, so I’m just sitting tight hoping that wasn’t the end of it…  otherwise I’ll be disappointed for life.  Nevermind, it’s the 25th.  Thanks commentors.  My life is RUINED NOW.  I WAITED ALL WEEK FOR THIS.

Update4: It looks like Minezumi’s “Please Go First” ability allows its partner to attack before it does, this could be great if Minezumi has a good base speed and you pair it with a slow pokemon!  I can see great use for it icon biggrin Pokemon Sunday airing... (VID UP)  I didn’t see that it said anywhere HOW Munna evolves into Mushaana, just that it does.  I was hoping that shot would reveal something but noooo.

Update5: Added the HQ version of the video that filb.de provided :3  Also the scene with Meguroko shows a “sandstorm” starting.  It didn’t use a move that created a sandstorm, but that is the new animation for when one starts (or possibly every turn it is in effect?)  Frankly… it’s better than the old animation.  Koromori’s “Heart Stamp” attack is also shown how it can cause flinching.  Also now that the bottom text is full legible, it does indeed say that Minezumi’s partner will attack before it because of its ability.

ps- While we’re waiting… LET’S READ RUMORS! [Now that Nitro Charge was just confirmed... these are a bit more believable huh?  Nothing too out there though. ]

  • Nitro Charge, Shell Blade, and Grass Mixer are all being mentioned again… will probably be the special attacks for the starters (fire/water/grass types)
  • Night Burst (dark attack) affects 2 pokemon on double battles (triple battle affect not mentioned)
  • In double battles (and triple battles) the attacks may hit simultaneously now, with both HP gauges decreasing at the same time.
