Hey Guys its me Jonny,
Recently Pokemon Project Has stated that he is working on cracking the BLACK AND WHITE ROMS. Though Pokejungle doesn’t support the use of roms we do love new information (at least i know i do) So expect new info coming as soon as tonight if these turn out to be true.
Side Note: there are a lot of people using this opportunity to try to get unsuspecting pokemon fans to download “roms” that are full of virus’s so be careful.
UPD1: It seems that the rom wont be ready for 24 hours if not more. Though we will keep you updated IF anything does pop up. At least on a side note for any doubters out there the starters are real Sorry if that disappointed some of you. (Poor pokabu)

RomUlation is a very good site for legit downloads. Keep your eyes peeled on there for the ROM.
Romulation doesn’t let you download the popular games anymore. They got sued.
Click on their forums and take a browse. You’ll be pleasantly surprised. ;D

Hey, be careful on ROMs guys. Starting with HG/SS, Nintendo seems have inputted something in the games to make it non-ROM playable anymore. Besides, I don’t think you can access the Dream World this way…
Flashcart technology has gotten a heck of alot better. I got Wood R4 firmware for my R4 and it plays HGSS with no problems whatsoever, no freezes, nothing. Most people will be playing the ROMs to test the games out before the English version comes out anyway (as for me, I’ve got my Japanese preorder preparing to ship any day now).

So the flashcarts play ds games? I could never find a solid answer, and do they work on DSis?
You’ll need one that has “i” at the end of its name (ie. R4i) for it to be compatiable for the DSi. I only have an R4, so it will only work on my DS Lite, but if it was an R4i, I could use it on either.
Be wary about using an R4i with Japanese DSi games anyway, because of region protection. I highly doubt the flashcarts’ technology can beat the region lock for DSi-enhanced games. :S

You would have to be in pretty quick. Mods are fast to get rid of that sort of thing. :I
just have about 4 tabs opened one in the BW section and the other three in the emulation section and you should get it.
It’s safer to just wait for it to show up on one of the ROM sites (since RomUlation is sneaky and posts their ROMs on the forums now), and then you know 100% that they’re legit, and the links don’t get removed, either.

Hii sounds an awful lot like “Hawaii” to me for some reason. Would definitely make sense for them to add in a separate area of the game to catch old Pokemon, considering they did it in Diamond/Pearl.

Indeed. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like Reshi and Zekrom will get their Black and White respectively shiny make over*swapping colors* Reshiram is supposed to be Pink hued, I believe. I dunno about anyone else.

unfortunately the people who get ahold of these things have a weird mindset. Instead of distributing it for others to work on at the same time, they hog it and then, being the only one with a finished product, hog the glory.

This may be legit. AceKard with AKAIO can’t open it, VGMTrans can’t find any music, CrystalTile can’t view files, and Desmume can’t open it. Stays white forever.

Hey PJ, I hope Project Pokemon isn’t your only source that claimed B/W rom has already been leaked. One of their people just pretty much admitted that they have no idea whether the rom they are working on is actually B or W or just Diamond/HG/SS. He even posted screens that were incorrect. Right now their asking him to provide a screen showing the ID of the game so they can check if it matches up with any of the fake ones that you all have been finding.
